BPOC 2025 Registration Information

Registration opens Friday, June 13th, 2025 at 12:00 PM!
Team and Individual Registration spots are limited this year — read all the details below.

Team Registration vs Individual Registration

Team Registration

  • Register a team of up to 7 total members (this includes all players and any coach — coaches count toward the roster cap).

  • Gameplay is 5v5, with substitutions allowed between matches.

  • Team Pricing:

    • Up to 6 rostered players: $210 per team

    • 7 rostered players: $245 per team

Individual Registration

  • For players who do not have a pre-formed team.

  • Individual registrants will be placed onto newly created pickup teams made entirely of individual signups. Individual registrants will not be placed onto existing teams that purchased a team registration.

  • Individual Pricing: $40 per player

Registration Limits

  • 12 Team Spots Available — first come, first served!

  • 12 Individual Tickets Available — for players signing up solo.

Important Note About This Year’s Registration

This is the first year we are placing a limit on the number of team and individual registrations to ensure the best possible experience for all participants. We know this is a change from past events, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support as BPOC continues to grow!

Additional Individual Tickets May Become Available

If all 12 team spots are not filled by August 10th, 2025, any remaining team slots will be converted into additional individual tickets to give more solo players the chance to participate.

FAQs Below

  • Yes — you can each register as individuals. We will do our best to group friends together on pickup teams, but we cannot guarantee placement together.

  • No — individual registrants will only be placed on pickup teams

  • Yes — you may register a team with fewer than 7 members. Team pricing is based on roster size (see above). Only rostered players/coaches listed at registration will be eligible to participate.

  • Yes — coaches are allowed and count toward your 7-person roster cap.

  • Yes — teams may rotate any rostered players between rounds.

  • Yes — you can add a 7th player after your initial registration. Please email TnTevnts@gmail.com to request the change. We will confirm the update and provide instructions for paying the additional $35 team fee adjustment.

  • Roster changes are allowed up until 24 hours before the event. Please email TnTevnts@gmail.com with any changes so we can update your registration.
